{"id":4133,"date":"2023-03-06T08:26:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T07:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apa.de\/2023\/03\/06\/further-up-the-apa-career-ladder\/"},"modified":"2023-09-22T13:16:03","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T11:16:03","slug":"further-up-the-apa-career-ladder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apa.de\/en\/2023\/03\/06\/further-up-the-apa-career-ladder\/","title":{"rendered":"Further up the APA career ladder"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Yesterday APA Senior Project Manager Sales &amp; Operations and today already APA Team Leader.<\/p>\n\n<p>This sounds quite fast and above all unspectacular, but it is not!<\/p>\n\n<p>In the course of the #APA #NextLevel #2030 concept, last week we announced the appointment of @Sebastian Kunitz as an authorized signatory, and today we are moving straight on:<\/p>\n\n<p>#RalfEppert and @Kim Gehrmann were appointed #teamleaders after 13 and 10 years of service.<\/p>\n\n<p>Basically, it seems like a long period of time, but in reality it is not.<\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Before that, they went through the APA Career Academy:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Junior Project Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Project Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Project Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Team Leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>In the meantime, we have provided them with two important further training measures:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>2.5 years Leadership Development Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 year Leaders Academy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sounds like a great investment &#8211; and it was!<\/p>\n\n<p>Both financially for APA, but also enormously in terms of time from the two &#8220;freshly minted&#8221; executives Ralf Eppert and Kim Gehrmann.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Win Win&#8221; for both sides.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>@APA will continue to train employees and help them make a career in a company which, despite its almost 40-year existence, is more of a dinosaur in the international event industry, but has remained young in its corporate philosophy and culture.<\/p>\n\n<p>For this, we thank all our employees who challenge us every day, but we challenge them too.<\/p>\n\n<p>For now, we wish our new APA team leaders, Ralf Eppert and Kim Gehrmann, a happy hand in their special responsibility to lead our great Sales &amp; Operations team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday APA Senior Project Manager Sales &amp; Operations and today already APA Team Leader.
