As the longest-serving executive, Thomas Eich has been part of APA for 26 years. Under his leadership, the Operations theme is managed to ensure that all the events we manage run smoothly. Whether it's manpower planning or our purchasing department - Thomas keeps track of everything at all times.

JÜRGEN VATER

Attention to detail and innovation are the most defining characteristics of our Head of Engineering & Procurement Jürgen Vater. As head of the production and logistics department, he makes sure that not only we but above all our customers are supplied innovatively.

KIM GEHRMANN

As internal "Head of DFB", Kim Gehrmann is the central management around every DFB match. But also Olympic Games, Alpine Ski World Championships or European Handball Championships - with Kim every event is well covered.

Ralf Eppert combines 18 years of APA experience, whether European Athletics Championships, International German Gymnastics Festival, Club Support of various Bundesliga soccer teams, BMW Berlin Marathon, IBU Biathlon World Cups, CHIO Aachen or Die Finals - Ralf is our man for every sport.

HISTORY

Two months after Boris Becker’s first Wimbledon victory in 1985, Peter Adelfang and Christoph A. Parbel founded APA in their early 20s. Starting with the distribution of tennis court windscreens, APA developed within four decades into Germany’s largest event supplier with international expertise.
