Events equipped by us inspire an audience of millions. For our employees, this means a commitment that goes beyond the normal office job. With our new New Work concept, we have developed a wide range of measures since last year to strengthen the work-life balance and satisfaction of our team.
With our flexible working hours model, we are moving away from the rigid 9 to 5 job. For us, it’s the result that counts, not when and where you work. In doing so, we optimize our load management and also enable a 1:1 balance with days off. Our job is also difficult to explain, so it is even more important that we involve family and friends and invite them to our events.

FAQ ABOUT THE APPLICATION
How long does your recruiting process usually take?
It usually takes only a few weeks from application to hiring. We try to screen your application quickly yet conscientiously and provide feedback accordingly. Depending on the general conditions, you can start at APA within a few weeks.
I applied to you guys some time ago and haven't heard back from you yet. Why?
This should not actually happen. We make every effort to respond to all applications as promptly as possible – in individual cases, this does not always work out. Please always feel free to contact hr@apa.de with any questions regarding your application.
What will my first week at APA be like?
The first week at APA is primarily for getting to know each other and for orientation. You will get to know the individual departments and have the opportunity to ask everything that has always interested you. You will also gradually get to know your team and find your way into your new work step by step.
