We congratulate Spain on this well-deserved European Championship title. It is undeniable that the debate about the penalty in the Germany v Spain game can be had. But at the end of the day, all that matters is that it wasn’t whistled. Whether you are sad about it or not is subjective. The fact is that our German team played brilliantly and this gives us hope for the future. We at APA Brands Events Solutions had the privilege of being present in ALL TEN stadiums. Thank you for your trust Tim Steinhaus, Isabella Thun and Patrick Reischel. Yes, we challenged each other at this intensive series of events and gave each other nothing, but in the end we delivered a high-quality overall picture for the guests. The 2024 Hospitality Experience has thus defined a new standard. At the same time, we were able to set up 32 training pitches for the participants from 24 nations, parallel to the International Broadcast Centre in Leipzig. In this context, I would also like to thank UEFA Head of Brand Operations Thomas Klar for the many years of trustful cooperation. Thanks also to Head of Euro Jürgen Eißmann and Head of Event Support at Euro GmbH Alexander Deutmarg for their partnership and constructive cooperation. It has been a real challenge for all teams over the months and I believe that our crew – not only the German national team, but also our APA Brands Events Solutions team – has done a fantastic job over the last few months. THANK YOU for that! Yes, not everything went smoothly, and yes, we also made mistakes. But in the end, all the trades and service providers involved in Germany can be proud to have organised such an outstanding European Football Championship.
