With just under six months to go before the World Cup in Qatar, the German Football Association’s squad failed to go beyond a 1-1 draw with runners-up England in the Nations League despite a strong performance. Three days after the 1-1 draw in Italy, the team once again lacked penetrating power on the offensive.
