The 50th anniversary of the Olympic Games in Munich ’72 is an attention-grabbing project with great historical but also future-oriented significance for sport in Germany.

In the Olympic Park, the focus was on the handover of the oversized Olympic Rings in the best APA craftsmanship, made of stainless steel, 4 m wide and over 2 m high. The exact positioning was done on site with the heavy-duty crane.

Among the guests on the anniversary weekend were not only medallists and winners of the 1972 Games, but also high-ranking representatives of international sports federations, such as IOC President Thomas Bach and EOC President Spyros Capralos.

We at APA are not only honoured to have built these rings, which are designed to last for eternity, but also to be partners of #TeamD, the German Sports Marketing and thus the German Olympic Sports Confederation.

Now we are looking forward to the Summer Games in Paris.

Im Olympiapark München GmbH stand die Übergabe der überdimensionalen #OlympischenRinge in bester APA Handwerkskunst, aus Edelstahl, mit 4 m Breite und über 2 m Höhe, im Fokus.

Die passgenaue Positionierung erfolgte vor Ort mit dem Schwerlastkran.

Zu den Gästen am Jubiläumswochenende zählen nicht nur #Medaillengewinnerinnen und Gewinner der Spiele von 1972, sondern auch hochrangige Vertreter internationaler Sportverbände, wie etwa #IOC-Präsident #ThomasBach und #EOC-Präsident #SpyrosCapralos.
