From July 26 to August 11, 2024, Paris will host the #SummerOlympics for the 3rd time, after 1900 and 1924.
32 #sports, 329 #competitions, 10,500 #athletes and 200 #NOKs will be represented.
However, these are almost insignificant facts compared to what Deutsche Sport Marketing is planning on behalf of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), as we learned on the occasion of the partner pre-trip in #Paris.
The #DeutscheHaus, as a meeting place for German #athletes, #stakeholders and their guests, will open its doors at the 20,000-seat #rugby stadium Stade Jean Bouin.
Over the course of 29 days, Deutsche Sport Marketing will set off a firework of Olympic impulses with 26,000 guests, around 600 athletes, approximately 80 medal ceremonies, and 2,500 media representatives in 3,000 square meters of hospitality areas.
The #Arena, or rather the future “Home of #TeamDeutschland” with the spectacular, net-like outer façade made of concrete mesh, where the Stade Français Paris (SFP) team will play its home matches, is located in the immediate vicinity of the #ParcdePrinces and the Stade Roland-Garros, where the soccer and wheelchair tennis competitions will be held in the summer of 2024.
DR. #HansDieterLucas, German Ambassador in Paris, #DOSB Chairman Torsten Burmester and Stefan Kiefer, Secretary General of the Deutscher Behindertensportverband e.V. explained their thoughts on these special #SummerGames in Paris.
Thanks to DSM Managing Director Claudia Wagner, who charmingly and full of anticipation led us through the program and to #DSM Head of Event Alexander Wörle who sovereignly introduced us to the vision of this spectacular German House.
We at APA Brands Events Solutions are looking forward to this great opportunity to demonstrate our 38 years of equipment expertise here.
The #Olympics in Paris can come…
…and #Olympics in #Germany 2036 too!
