In the European Club Association (ECA) elections for the membership cycle from 2023 to 2027.

The ECA acts as the beating heart of European club football, whose mission is to protect, strengthen and promote the interests of football clubs.

A decisive moment in this mission is the annual General Assembly, where the most important minds in European football come together to shape the future of the sport.

This late summer, the ‘General Assembly’ will be held at the exclusive Interconti Hotel in Berlin. The Bundesliga scored particularly well in this year’s vote. Three representatives were elected to the ECA Board. In addition to Oliver Mintzlaff from RB Leipzig, Jan Christian Dreesen from FC Bayern Munich and Fernando Carro de Prada from Bayer 04 Leverkusen have also joined the Executive Board.
