Today in #Berlin I could congratulate our great APA Implementation Team for a terrific achievement!

We have been the DFB’s general supplier for almost 10 years and nothing like this has ever happened to us before.

What the APA Brands Events Solutions team normally has 7 days to do, this time had to be completed in 48 hours by our 52-person crew, despite extreme weather conditions.

Because Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA had to go into the relegation at the last second, the Olympiastadion was Hertha’s home ground and at the same time the DFB’s cup temple, the venue on Thursday for the first leg of the #relegation.

Within 48 hours, our team was able to master 5000 sqm of banner, plug-in piping cloths special construction around the Marathon Gate, the branding of the VIP Village and the hospitality areas, the neutralization work and much more in 2 day and night shifts.

1,820 individual items from door signs to info towers, all managed by the APA-PICS implementation control tool.

What sounded like an almost unbelievable challenge was for the #APArians only the proof of their know-how that our team has built up for years through excellent work.

Congratulations to the entire APA- Implementation team for this terrific #teamwork, because you made the #79Cup final special!

…oh and soccer was also played โšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ†.
A real soccer thriller, as only the DFB Cup can deliver.

After extra time and penalty shootout RB Leipzig won 4:2 against SC Freiburg.
Congratulations!
