Yesterday, the RheinEnergie Stadium in Cologne provided the stage for another thrilling DFB Women’s Cup final!
The FC Bayern Munich and VfL Wolfsburg teams competed against each other in front of a sold-out stadium with 44,400 fans.

The Munich team had been dreaming of winning the double the days before, after becoming German champions early last week and going into the final as slight favourites. But in a thrilling match, the Wolves dominated the first half and proved with a 0:2 victory that their winning streak is far from over. This is their 10th title in a row!

As the DFB’s general supplier, APA has been accompanying the women’s cup final for almost a decade in order to create the right atmosphere in the sold-out stadium for the fans and the live broadcasts. It makes us proud to have accompanied this event for so long and to have witnessed its steady growth.
