Yesterday was the day again: for the third time this year, we were invited to the ‘After Work Experience’ at Adaccio! After work, simply head straight to Koblenz’s old town centre to chat with colleagues away from meetings and short lunch breaks and raise a glass with a cool drink. Of course, there was also delicious finger food for in between! We had a great time together, laughed a lot, unpacked stories and brought everyone up to date. Evenings like this simply strengthen team cohesion and offer the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues with whom you have less contact in everyday life.
