This is what winners look like! 🏆

The biggest award in German #Para-Sport from the Deutscher Behindertensportverband e.V. was awarded three times at the weekend. The brilliant monoski racer Anna-Lena Forster was chosen as the best #parasportsperson of 2022. The 27-year-old earned it with two gold and two silver medals at the Winter Paralympics in #Beijing at the beginning of the year and four World Championship gold medals before that in #Lillehammer. 👏🏼

In the men’s competition, Marco Maier was named Para-Sportsperson of the Year after winning two Paralympic silver medals in cross-country skiing and #biathlon. 🏅

Linn Kazmeier, who at the age of 15 caused quite a stir at the #Olympics in Beijing, was the 2022 #Young Sportswoman of the Year. With 1x gold, 3x silver and 1x bronze she inspired all of Germany at the games! ☺️🇩🇪

The result of the vote, a combination of the evaluation of a nine-member panel of experts and almost 7,000 online votes from fans, was allowed by APA to be staged with a great stage design and matching press walls. 🔥
