It is a real gift when our CEO, Peter Adelfang, at the age of 61 and with almost 40 years as an entrepreneur, can say that he has a committed and motivated management team of young people who live the APA team spirit.
That was his honest impression when he was invited to the recap of the all-day APA Leadership Workshop in the late afternoon.
Under the leadership of our authorized signatory and Director of Sales, Sebastian Kunitz, whom we would like to thank for the excellent preparation, our senior project managers, team leaders and heads of the various divisions – Sales & Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Management, Production, Administration and Multimedia – discussed the 2024 Supersport year and the challenges we face.

Whether it’s the European Handball Championships, the Biathlon World Championships, Europe’s biggest charity gala – the Ball des Sports, the DFB Cup, the Federal Press Ball in Berlin, top international tennis in Stuttgart, Bad Homburg or Hamburg, the European Football Championships in Germany, or the Olympics in Paris, with the biggest German House of all time, to name just a few blockbusters – it will be a sporting year of superlatives and that suits APA.
