Under this ambitious motto, the Federal Press Conference invited guests to the 71st Federal Press Ball at the legendary Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin.
It is rightly described as one of the social highlights of political Berlin when 2,300 guests, including high-ranking politicians, TV reporters, press representatives, stars and starlets, stroll down the red carpet.
Federal President Frank Walter Steinmeier and his wife were not only guests of honour, but also opened the glittering ball night.
Our CEO Peter Adelfang and his wife not only had the great pleasure of inspecting our APA signage and branding equipment, but were also able to enjoy this gala to the full.
Special thanks go to the dedicated event manager of the Federal Press Ball Nadja Meister, but also to the Chairman of the Federal Press Conference Mathis Feldhoff for the many years of trust in APA Brands Events Solutions expertise.
Not only was there exuberant dancing, excellent food and drink, but a clear statement was also made with the awarding of the Federal Press Conference prize to Nadine Lindner. Ms Lindner’s reporting for Deutschlandfunk on the transformation processes in the eastern German states and the rise of the AfD in recent years has rightly attracted particular attention.
We at APA Brands Events Solutions congratulate on this special honour for outstanding achievements in the spirit of freedom of the press.
Congratulations also go to the General Manager of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, Karina Ansos, who, together with her dedicated team, once again managed an incredibly fast transformation from grand hotel to ball location and back again. The next morning, there was nothing to remind us that the legendary Grand Hotel had been the venue for a major social event in every room that night – just like ADLON – chapeau!
